This Winchester manufactured checkered steel butt plate with widow's peek at the heel is for the pre-64 model 70 bolt action rifle and is in very good condition with light wear. This butt plate will measure no less than 5 1/16" tall and 1 11/16" wide and might be slightly oversized and need minor hand filing to fit your stock properly. (file photo)
